I've been thinking of making a blog for a while and finally did. I don't have a clear idea as to what I want this blog to be so I'm just going to post about things happening in my life and see how it goes.
For my first post, I'll tell you about the new fitness program I decided to try. The last program I tried was Insanity, which was during the summer. Since then, I've been back in school and this time living and cooking on my own. Anyone that knows me knows that I am not a good cook. That coupled with the McDonald's 3 minutes away from my house has resulted in me eating very unhealthy and gaining some weight. With my birthday and the holidays coming up, I feel like it's time that I get back into shape. I've heard some great things about Tone It Up, so I decided to try their nutrition program. I plan to start it this week and I am actually really excited. If anyone uses Tone It Up or knows anything about it, I'd love to hear from you!
